The Housing Authority of Joliet’s Market Rate Affordable Housing waiting list is currently closed.

Unfortunately, we are unable to determine when our waiting list will re-open at this time. When the waiting list re-opens for the submission of pre-applications, a public announcement will be placed on this website and in local and minority newspapers. Additionally, we will send notices to local service agencies.
